Work Carried Out:
- Erection of scaffold
- Redecoration of external parts of the building which included a change of colour
- Replacement of tiling to entrance steps
- Pointing and heli bar repairs to all four elevations
- Roofing repairs, cleaning, gutters re flaunching on chimneys
- Sash window rotten timber repairs
- Repairs to front metal railing
