- Mansard extension
- Large ensuite wet room
- Zinc clad, marine plywood bevelled frame, external framing to the oversized windows across the full width
- Crittall style pocket door
- Aluminium black full width windows
- New roof tiles to front elevation.
- New bespoke carpet runner and carpet in bedroom
- New shutters
- Nest thermostat installation
- Decorative timber beading
