- Damp ingress penetrating walls in to living room
- Repointed front elevation above Strutt and Parker
- Decoration works to all windows sashes, surrounds and cornice
- Installation of Heli fix bars due to structural cracks in brickwork
- Fitting a lead capping strip to the cornice at the top of the building to prevent damp ingress
