- Re-level paving slabs to the side of the property

- Redecorated the external parts
- Installed two new combi boilers
- Insulated loft area
- Deep cleaned all carpets and toilets
- Replaced fire exit door
- Replaced various cracked windows
- Redecorated the internal parts of the property
