Project Brief: Internal decoration of all communal areas
Challenges: The building remained occupied, so preparation and tidiness was key throughout the process. Carpets, fixtures and fittings throughout the communal areas were protected at all times, and a Site Supervisor was onsite to keep residents informed of works and to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum. Our Account Manager coordinated with owners and tenants, and access to all flats was granted individually to ensure door edges could be painted and left to dry.

- Redecoration of all walls, woodwork and ceilings over six floors
