Challenges: In order to access all the necessary working areas and to ensure a safe working site scaffolding with a security alarm had to be erected. We ensured that health and safety signs were visible and high visibility jackets and hard hats were worn by contractors at all times whilst on site.
Work Carried Out:
- repairs to a section of fallen cornice from the exterior front elevation of the house
- repainting of white masonry on exterior of the building
- after all work was completed the scaffolding was carefully removed, debris cleared, and the patio jet-washed
