Project Brief: New premises fit out, with an industrial look
Challenges: The building was occupied during the works. The office was on the third floor, so we ensured the lift and all common parts were protected and cleaned daily. The new office needed to be suitable for both employees and client visits, with tasting evenings planned regularly.
Work Carried Out:
- designing new office layout
- full internal redecoration
- new lighting
- surface mounted metal conduit
- glass partitions (in order to keep costs down, we re-used some of the existing glass panelling and inserted them into new walls)
- new Kardean flooring
- bespoke steel kitchen
- bespoke shelving
