Challenges: Due to the site location, waste had to be cleared without the use of a skip. Turnaround time was swift due to store launch schedule. Our electricians and joiners coordinated and worked together to reduce completion time. We worked closely with the interior designer to carry out extra work decided on during the fit out.
Work Carried Out:
- demolition of existing walls and structures
- installation of new fire doors, stud walls, storeroom and changing rooms
- installation of all electrical works including bespoke lighting systems throughout the retail unit
- plumbing works
- decoration of newly constructed walls
