Pre-Tenancy Checks

Minimise void periods between tenancies with a Pre-Tenancy Check. One of our engineers will attend your vacant property at the end of a tenancy to do a visual check and provide you with a report. Pre-Tenancy Checks include:

  • Electric and gas meter readings
  • Visually checking that the heating, plumbing, electrics and lighting work properly
  • Checking that smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted and working
  • Checking windows and window locks for damage
  • Noting the location of the stopcock, light switches, phone and satellite sockets

External and Internal Redecoration

A regular redecoration programme for both the internal and external areas of your properties will keep them in good order and help protect them against wear and tear or adverse weather. Most commonly, leases require redecoration every five years but we can work within whatever timeframe you need.

Annual Gas Safety and Electrical Safety Tests

It’s a legal requirement for residential landlords to have annual gas inspections in their properties, so don’t put your tenants at risk. We offer annual gas safety checks with Gas Safe registered engineers, who can also carry out boiler servicing and related repairs.

We recommend regular electrical safety testing too and offer PAT testing and inspections by our NICEIC registered engineers, as well as associated servicing and repairs.
