Project Brief: To work in conjunction with More Space Basements and to fully refurbish a flat once the structural and basement had been dug.
Work Carried Out:
- Electrical re-wire
- Installation of Mega flow system
- Creating 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen and dining room over two levels
- Bespoke staircases with glass balustrades installed
- New double glazed timber sash windows and new Velux windows
- Luton Lighting and underfloor heating
