Challenges: The client had a strict timeframe of two weeks for the WC refurbishment, to minimise disruptions within their office. We procured all the materials and worked at weekends to complete the project within the allotted period.
Work Carried Out:
- strip out of existing 2 WCs
- installation of new pipework
- providing bespoke vanity units and panelling
- hanging new wallpaper
- new floors
- installation of new sanitary ware
- painting throughout
