Project Brief: Regular refurbishment of internal common areas and exterior of office block, carried out every five years
Challenges: The office building was occupied throughout the refurbishment. Therefore, we ensured that any dirty and loud works were completed out of hours so as not to disturb the tenants. Our Account Manager coordinated directly with the tenants and made sure the windows and doors were opened at convenient times. Wet paint signs were erected and the site was kept tidy at all times. Our operatives had ID and uniform and adhered to health and safety regulations by wearing protective equipment.
