We believe that regular communication with our clients is the key to a successful building project. Each client is appointed a dedicated account manager, who will keep in touch regularly with you and update you on the status of your project or maintenance work.

We know you’re busy, so you don’t have time for chasing tradespeople or following up quotes or progress reports. We do that for you. We’ll also send you photos of the progress when you don’t have time to visit the site yourself. Our account managers are knowledgeable and professional and will keep you informed every step of the way.

The Team

Matthew Bracegirdle


Matthew founded Orchard in 2009. He has project managed many high-end refurbishments in Central London and still manages several maintenance accounts that have been with Orchard since inception. Matthew focuses on business development and the overall running of the business. He now lives in Richmond with his wife Amy and son Leo.

Tim Smith


Tim joined in 2011 as a part owner of Orchard. He managed a South West London branch of Foxtons Group for eight years prior to joining Orchard. Tim oversees the operation of Orchard as well as managing many projects. He lives in Earlsfield with his wife Tania and son Oscar.

Steve Mather

Director – Manchester

Steve joined Orchard in November 2017 as a Senior Account Manager. Prior to this Steve worked at Countrywide for 9 years managing properties in Surrey, Oxford and Central London. Steve started at Countrywide as a property manager and went on to become Team manager. Steve is hugely experienced dealing with tenants, clients and issues. With Steve’s experience it makes him an integral part at Orchard. Steve is now based in Manchester and heads up the Orchard expansion in the North West.

Marvin Williams

Fire Contracts Director

Marvin Joined Orchard in 2020 as a Fire Contacts Director. Marvin has been in the Passive Fire Industry for over 15 years. He first started on the tools and worked his way through the ranks over the years from a site operative to a senior contracts manager. Marvin has worked on several mixed commercial and residential projects such as hotels, NHS, student accommodation, housing associations, police stations, and schools.
Marvin now heads up the passive fire division. He lives in Milton Keynes with his wife Ramona and three children, Mycah, Maliyah and Monae.


William Trevorrow

Senior Project Manager

Will joined Orchard in 2019 as a Senior Project Manger. Will has been in the construction industry for 25 years, starting out in a small company learning his trade, he moved quickly on to foreman and then site manager where his first management project was building a terrace of ten new houses in Praze, Cornwall. Will then went onto site manage an exclusive development of fourteen detached houses on a golf course in Pra sands, Cornwall.
Will spent a year in 2000 working on sites in Sydney Australia, when he returned he worked as a site manager building shops and flats on the beach in Newquay.
In 2004 Will set up his own self employed business working closely with a Chelsea designer, works included full refurbishments, high end kitchens and bathrooms, extensions and loft conversions. In 2009 Will worked with Nautilus as a sub contractor all over Europe, building and theaming, he was their on site project manager for the refurbishment of the London Aquarium and also more recently the Jellyfish project. Will brings great experience to Orchard from his years in the building industry with a invaluable hands on approach.


Terri Brandon

Project Manager

Terri joined Orchard in August 2017 as a Project Manager, prior to this Terri has managed a large number of residential buildings around London for many years, which included overseeing major works. Terri’s background knowledge from a client’s prospective on the standard of work that is to be achieved along with understanding the technicality of the work makes her a strong member of the Orchard team.


Irina Petrusevica

Office Manager & Accounts

Irina joined Orchard in May 2016 as our Office Manager and to look after our accounts. She is an integral part of our team, taking charge of all the administration, as well as the book keeping.


Elisa Huerta

Team Assistant

Elisa joined Orchard in February 2020 as a Team Assistant. Elisa is responsible for helping with accounts, maintenance jobs and assisting our project managers on a day to day basis. In addition to this Elisa is also currently studying a BA Hons degree in Interior design at the University of West London.


Mario Grudev

Operations Manager

Mario has been our operations manager since 2010. He heads up the tradesmen working under Orchard and acts as quality control for most of the works. Mario brings vast experience to Orchard having worked on building sites in London for 15 years. His qualifications include First Aid, Health and Safety Level 2, SSSTS and PASMA.


Lee Woodward

Site Manager

Lee joined Orchard in July 2017 as a Site Manager. Lee has over a decade of experience working on residential building sites in London. As a multi skilled tradesman and finisher he has a wealth of experience that he brings to Orchard.


Kancho Kanev

Site Manager

Kancho has been part of Orchard’s team since 2015. He has progressed from a handyman to an accomplished joiner. He is now our trusted site manager on both residential and commercial projects. Kancho takes great pride in his work and although being a tradesman always manages to look immaculate.


Ivan Ivanov

Site Manager

Ivan has been part of Orchard’s team since 2011. He has progressed from a handyman to an accomplished joiner. He is now our trusted site manager on larger projects, as well as carrying out the more complicated jobs. Ivan’s qualifications include First Aid, Health and Safety Level 2 and SSSTS.


Piotr Dawid

Site Manager – NICEIC qualified Electrician

Joined Orchard in 2017. Piotr is a multi skilled tradesman and a registered qualified NICEIC electrician. Covering a wide range of skills including electrics, plumbing, tiling and carpentry.
